The Riva 100' Corsaro is the new flybridge yacht of the Italian luxury group Feretti Groupe. With a length of 98.1 feet (30 m), it owes its lines to designer Mauro Micheli, co-founder with Sergio Beretta, of Officina Italiana Design, the design firm that designs the entire Riva fleet.

The large, full-width owner's cabin, for example, is worthy of a mega yacht and offers owners a large private space on the main deck. Then there are the four suites on the lower deck and the large, fully customizable terrace. We are proud to announce that the first unit has been sold in Asia and is under construction at our La Spezia factory. She will be presented in September at our private presentation in Monaco, just days before her worldwide debut at the 2016 Cannes Yachting Festival." adds Stefano de Vivo.
With its arrowhead-like silhouette, the 100' Corsaro is set to leave its mark on Riva history. With its sporty profile and large windows on the hull and superstructure, this superyacht has a superb aesthetic. In addition to the design, the windows provide a lot of light, but also beautiful panoramic views from the interior.
The large uninterrupted hull window with integrated portholes on each side connects the guest cabins. On the main deck, the glass surfaces run from the salon to the owner's bedroom. On the flybridge, the large front and side windshields effectively protect the helm station. The hard-top deck combines elegant, comfortable styling with an aerodynamic design.
A rear area full of technology for maximum comfort
The garage door, located on the aft area, has a new operating system exclusively patented by Ferretti Group. It swings over the beach club to create a large beach club at water level. Thus, the flooded garage allows to easily take out the tender (maximum 4,45 m long) or the jet-ski. The platform can be submerged at different depths so that guests can easily prepare for water activities or simply relax on the water. Inside the garage is also the technical room.
A spacious interior that can be fitted out on request
The cockpit is accessed from the aft bathing platform, or from the concealed gangway. There is a spacious saloon with a forward facing sofa and a large fixed dining table with 3 additional seats. The interior of the boat is accessed through sliding glass doors. This level is set up as an open space with a C-shaped sofa, a coffee table on the starboard side, and a cabinet that houses a TV that can be hidden in the back panel. The dining room can accommodate up to 10 people. The glass window to the left of the table can be opened to a walkway, while the bulwark can be lowered to create a panoramic outdoor deck.
The central area of the boat allows access to the different areas of the boat, privileging the privacy of the guests and the freedom of movement of the crew. Beyond the dining room is the hall - also accessible from the outside aisle where you will find the staircase leading to the suites.
A second door opens to the large owner's cabin (still located on the main deck) with a central double bed and a large dressing room. The room is equipped with a desk/dressing table with a panoramic view to starboard, and an armchair with a coffee table on the left. The large forward bathroom is divided into three areas: the shower cabin, a central area with two sinks, and a separate toilet. On the first unit, tailor-made to improve the conviviality on board, the suite will be replaced by a private lounge with audio/video equipment and karaoke.
The crew can use a private way to starboard by continuing to a hall to reach the helm station. This area also contains the galley, as well as a dining area for 4/5 people with starboard access to the crew cabins.
On the lower deck, in the standard version, the layout will include four suites - three doubles and a fourth with twin âeuros beds with separate shower. The two aft cabins, identical in size and finish, will be furnished in Riva style and flooded with natural light thanks to the 1.86 m² hull windows, which are among the largest in the range.
An alternative layout offers a full-width owner's suite, a solution that the owner of the first unit chose. The crew quarters are located forward. There is a second galley with a laundry area, which leads to the captain's cabin, while the rest of the crew will share two cabins with bunk beds.
A large flybridge fully equipped
The Sun Deck (flybridge) offers a breathtaking view with the protection offered by the âeuros handrail also found on the 76' Perseo. The central and forward areas are protected by a hard-top. On the starboard side, there is an outdoor steering station with a sofa for the co-pilot. Behind, on the rest of the flybridge, there is a large dining room with a cocktail bar on the right. The sunbathing area (aft) is equipped with self-standing furniture.
A large terrace for an intimate navigation
On the main foredeck, a large sundeck offers a large C-shaped sofa separated from the technical area for anchoring operations in the bow. Aft, in front of the inner cockpit, is a very large central sunbathing area. This area can be protected from view by curtains or an open air shelter system depending on the owner's needs.
Two possible motorizations
The Riva 100' Corsaro is available with two engine configurations, both MTU 16V Series 2000. Owners can choose between the twin M93 2435 mhp or the twin M94 2638 mhp for a cruising speed of 24.5 knots and a top speed of 27.5 for the former or 25 knots and 29 knots for the latter e (preliminary data).
