The Tour du Finistère à la Voile welcomes every year about a hundred boats and more than 600 sailors. Open to everyone (under certain conditions), it is one of the great nautical events of the year. This year, the great novelty will concern the course, which will be reversed compared to the previous editions.

The Tour will start in Port La Forêt on July 23 and will end on July 29, 2016. Four stops in port cities will be planned: Concarneau on the 24th, Douarnenez on the 26th, Camaret sur Mer on the 27th, Lampaul Plouarzel âeuros the Aber Ildut on the 28th.

As a reminder, the crews will alternate a day at sea and an evening on land, with a big popular party in the host cities, except for one evening spent at sea.

In addition to the classifications by category for the Osiris and IRC classes, this year the Tour du Finistère à la Voile will once again crown the Young crews (half of the crew must be under 26 years old) and the Mixed crews (half of which are women.) For the past two years, these new classifications have met with great success
