A technological and ecological project
The luxury yacht industry has taken a new turn with the Ultraluxum CXL project. This unique 48-meter trimaran combines architecture, design, comfort, technology, performance and energy efficiency. This majestic trimaran is built in high-tech composite materials, both light and resistant, based on technologies used in Formula 1. But its originality does not stop there, indeed, its designers have seen big since the Ultraluxum CXL manages the feat of sailing without a drop of fuel, using only renewable energy sources. Finally, it is the only sailing trimaran of its size to have retractable carbon fiber floats, which allows it to measure only 11 meters wide and thus to find a place at anchor easily. In open sea, it takes back its 23 meters wingspan and allows a navigation without heeling.
Designed on the model of a motor yacht, this three-deck sloop-rigged trimaran combines all the qualities of a fast sailing yacht, reaching exceptional speeds under power and sailing quickly. The Ultraluxum CXL combines the luxury and comfort of a motor yacht with the thrill and speed of a multihull. With elegant lines, a luxurious interior, minimal draft, exceptional speed, great handling, stability - even in difficult conditions - and energy efficiency, the trimaran has all the qualities necessary to please future buyers.
To operate, the Ultraluxum CXL uses the latest BMS technology, a state-of-the-art lithium/ion battery management system. An optional hybrid propulsion system provides an additional source of power and helps reduce emissions.

Luxurious exterior and interior design
On the outside, the main deck is occupied by a huge lounge that offers a 180° panoramic view. The flybridge is composed of a large solarium with a spa in the center. The interior was created by Coste Design & Partners and Jessica Sbaraglia of Ultraluxum. Contemporary and clear, it respects the trimaran's avant-garde philosophy. The Ultraluxum CXL is equipped with the latest automated control systems and technologies: flat screen, audio and video on demand, high speed internet.
On the main deck, a lounge area, a dining room and a navigation station occupy the space. On the lower deck, there is a master cabin with private bathroom, four guest cabins with bathroom and three crew cabins with bathrooms and lazarette. If only three guest cabins are installed, the trimaran can be equipped with an optional spa. Finally, at anchor, two additional cabins with bathrooms can be installed in the hulls.
