Close to Montpellier, Port Camargue, Europe's largest marina, offers the possibility of living right next to your boat. Visit this marina created by the Mission Racine, with the aim of making the Occitan coast a tourist destination.

Created on marshland in 1969, Port Camargue is now Europe's largest marina in terms of the number of berths afloat. There were 5,000 berths available in 2018, making it the 2nd largest marina in the world!

Although access can be tricky in strong mistral winds, the harbor is accessible in all weather conditions. There's a large dock with 430 visitor berths. Reception is at the foot of the emblematic harbor master's office, with its tower clearly visible from the open sea.

In addition to the public port, Port Camargue is also home to a number of marinas, offering owners the chance to combine their home, with or without a garden, with their boat right on their doorstep. These individual homes line the shoreline.
