Outboard motor manufacturer Yamaha is offering spring promotions. With discounts ranging from 20 to 30%, it is the range of transportable engines that is concerned: 2.5, 4, 5 and 15 hp for recreational use. At Yamaha, the 2.5 hp is 930 euros instead of 1,290 euros.
Sail outboards available at Orange Marine
Available at Orange Marine, the Sail outboard brand comes straight from China. They are 4-stroke thermal engines using the bases of well known engine manufacturers. Sail has been producing engines since 1995. Orange Marine offers discounts ranging from 15 to 30%. Thus the Sail 2.5 hp is available at 589 euros instead of 849 euros.
Remigo, the lightweight electric motor
The Remigo One's 1000W all-electric outboard motor will be perfect on a dinghy. The integrated, sealed 1085 Wh battery ensures that all vital parts are fully protected from UV, salt and water. Weighing in at just 12 kg, it is the lightest in its class. Equivalent to a 3 hp thermal outboard, it allows a range of 14 miles at 3 knots. This Croatian engine is available at 2,200 euros HT.
