TBSafe (ex TBS and now Proople) is a safe value for boating. For 40 years (1977), this company has been offering solutions for safe movement on board. Partner of Tabarly at the time of the Paul Ricard trimaran, the product remains a reference in the field.

TBsafe (manufactured in France by Proople) is a flexible polyurethane elastomer complex. The anti-skid is made with medium grains mounted on a weft adhesive. Well-known to boating professionals worldwide, it is particularly well suited to wet environments and secures areas at risk of slipping such as boat decks, deck hatches or cockpit companionways.

For 2021, Proople now offers pre-cut packs. Previously available in rolls (to be cut by yourself), you will now find at the ships strips with rounded edges. They are available in 2 lengths (35 and 43 cm), suitable for bridge portholes. TBSafe strips are available in 4 colors (white, black, sand and grey).

Speed Grip, for a more comfortable seat

In the areas where you sit, an overly aggressive anti-slip coating wears away at the seawear. To avoid this and offer more comfort, Speed Grip was invented. It is a black anti-shock and anti-slip foam. Lightweight, it is self-adhesive. It can be installed in the cockpit of a sailboat or even in some bilges or lockers.

Originally launched in roll form, Speed Grip also comes in pre-cut, ready-to-install packs, rectangles with rounded edges. A disc (diameter 15 cm) is also designed to prevent shocks from a pulley on the deck.
