A simple and robust sailboat for long distance sailing
Rather specializing in semi-custom boats for long voyages, Meta is now launching its first production boat, the META 36. The idea behind this boat is to offer a robust but easy to use and maintain sailboat.

Different versions of weights to come
This 10.87 m long sailing boat was designed by Jean-Claude Michaud and has modern lines, an aerodynamic roof and a bright interior thanks to the roof windows, especially on the bow. Built in thick aluminum (Strongall® technique), the META36 is offered in a twin keel version with a draft of 1.50 m, but the shipyard is already thinking about other ballast versions: pivoting keel or keelboat.

A bright and voluminous interior
Inside, the volumes are generous thanks to the 4-meter masonry and offer a nice height under the roof.
There is a cabin with a Breton bed in the front and a double cabin in the back, with a central saloon. A third double cabin can also replace the workshop area. Finally, a toilet completes the set of facilities.
As with all models in the range, the META 36 hull can be painted, varnished or left in raw aluminum. The cockpit is open and offers a straightforward helm.

Several marketing options
The META 36 starts at 70,000 euros HT for a bare hull with deck and ballast to be fitted out, and rises to around 270,000 euros HT for the turnkey version. An intermediate level is also proposed with a fitting kit, an engine, etc.
