Technohull T7, sport and comfort in less than 8 m

Technohull is unveiling its latest model, a 7.80 m semi-rigid. The T7 completes the range of the shipyard - which specialises in large boats - from the bottom up, while maintaining the same level of comfort and performance.

A sporty and comfortable dayboat

After tackling the large, powerful RIB segment, the Greek shipyard Technohull unveils the T7, a 7.80-meter-long RIB, which takes its place right after the T688 (7.20 m), launched in 2018. This new model should formalize the launch of a new category of sporty and comfortable dayboats, with a spacious deck plan obtained thanks to the 3.13 m beam.

Its design is clearly inspired by the T9 (9.05 m) with its black floats, its sporty lines, its carbon fiber details and its hand-stitched seats.

Quality layout and equipment

The layout is flexible and allows for two pilot seats with armrests integrated into a polyester block at the front, facing the center console, where the touch-sensitive dashboard keeps all the on-board systems within easy reach.

At the back, the block receives a double bench opposite the rear bench, the whole being able to be easily transformed into sunbathing. The front deck also offers a second sunbathing area that can be further extended.

The equipment and finishes are of the highest quality: teak deck, LED lighting, stainless steel, Fusion audio, refrigerator and deck shower. The T7 is thus equipped to offer all the comfort expected for a day at sea.

Speed and stability

Like all Technohulls, this latest model is powerful with a speed of 56 knots, with the maximum power of 350 HP. The T7 is also equipped with the Dynastream hull, characteristic of recent models in the range, and even glides at 9 knots. Two tunnels in the hull channel the air to provide better lift, shock absorption and stability. According to the shipyard, this hull shape allows for a reduction in fuel consumption, being 10 to 15% more efficient than previous models.

With its deep V hull and its imposing floats protecting the interior of the boat, the T7 should allow dry sailing. The shipyard claims to have already sold 14 units, even before the launch of the boat.
