Prepare your cruise in Brittany

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is difficult to plan a trip abroad. Don't panic, France has many splendid shipping basins, be it in the South of France - in Corsica for example - or in Brittany.

A mystical region, it offers a rich and varied coastline, but above all hundreds of dream anchorages, sometimes unknown, for sailing along the coast. From Saint-Malo - the main rental base in northern Brittany - several destinations are available to you. Some are more distant than others, but widely accessible during a cruise.

The Ebihens Archipelago located on the Emerald Coast between Saint-Cast Le Guildo and Saint-Brieuc. The south of the island offers a splendid and protected cove in which you can enjoy in complete peace and quiet. Nearby, the port of Saint-Cast offers a large draught and many state-of-the-art facilities.

Grande Island The village - in the heart of the English Channel - offers a wild landscape, dotted with granite rocks. All around, a string of islands offers you a pretty navigation circuit, while on land you can admire the moor castle or the Saint-Sauveur fountain and the old guard house.

Dumet Island The village of Houat, under the peninsula of Rhuys, is located in the full east of Houat, much closer to the land. If the conditions allow it, the island offers several nice anchorages and above all less crowded than in Houat and Hoëdic, especially in the north where it is possible to run aground. Nearby is the port of Piriac, whose old town is well worth a visit.
