Same hull and deck mould, three different boats
Since 2019 Smartliner has been developing a range of so-called "contemporary" boats. Built in Poland on the same hull and deck mould, this 22-foot boat comes in 3 versions. We have also discovered the Center Console 22 ...an open hull for sea travel.
A powerful and stable boat
For fishing, the shipyard offers the Fisher 22, developed in collaboration with Scandinavian distributors, who are used to this type of boat. Although this model shares the same hull design, with a safe and reliable seaworthy behaviour, its deck plan is different. With its very fine bow with a marked chine running all along the hull, the Fisher 22 ensures a good passage at sea and is very stable, an appreciable characteristic for fishing.
An asymmetrical and luminous wheelhouse
The main feature of the Fisher 22 is its asymmetrical starboard wheelhouse, allowing easy passage to the foredeck, equipped with a double bench seat, via the port side catwalk, protected by a high freeboard. Its modern look is enhanced by the large windows in the wheelhouse, which let the light flood into the cabin.
Access is from the cockpit via a sliding glass door. Inside, the cockpit on the starboard side is simple and equipped with a pilot seat. Two other passengers can be seated in the cabin thanks to the folding seat on the port side.
As an option, it is possible to install a sink with a water tank as well as a stove to have a meal on board or enjoy a hot drink.
A large cockpit for fishing
The cockpit offers a vast space ideal for fishing, equipped with very large storage lockers and rod holders integrated into the gunwales. The rear of the cockpit - totally secured by a wicket door - is fitted with a fixed double bench seat, under which is integrated a cool box to store the catch.
From the cockpit door on the port side, access is gained to the bathing platforms that frame the engine, which has a maximum power of 150 hp. The manufacturer recommends a power of 130 HP, which will amply serve for a fishing and family outing program.
Aggressive pricing
But the big advantage of the Fisher 22 is a very aggressive price since the boat is sold at 34,900 euros including tax with a 115 HP engine package.
