When you go out to sea on a cruise, you need a few doses of cleaning products: to do the dishes, to wash the deck or to do the laundry. But very often, we're not going to use the entire contents of a bottle. To solve this dilemma, Soromap is launching a kit to have all the necessary cleaning products on board.
The idea of this company which manufactures cleaning products is to offer all the useful cleaning products for a cruise of about 15 days. But rather than making them available as liquid products, she found the solution to pack them in powder form. Each small portion is wrapped in water soluble paper and can be used for washing dishes, laundry or deck washing. In order to save water, these products can be used with sea water. They work when dissolved in water (different amounts of water depending on the product).
While these ready-to-use kits have been designed for rental companies who can offer them to their renters at the time of embarkation, they will also be useful to all boaters who use their boat during summer sailing.
The price of the kit is about 20,00 euros. It contains:
- 7 doses of multi-purpose cleaner (hull and deck)
- 3 doses of laundry detergent (manual washing)
- 10 doses for the dishes
