Super Sport 65, a design inspired by the Gran Turismo sports car

This is the latest concept from the Italian superyacht manufacturer Rossinavi and the famous car manufacturer Pininfarina.

The Italian shipbuilder, Rossinavi, a superyacht custom specialist, and the famous car manufacturer Pininfarina have joined forces again to design the Super Sport 65. This 65.50 m long and 11 m wide superyacht clearly draws its inspiration from the automotive world and in particular from the Gran Turismo speedcar, designed by the Italian.

The Super Sport 65 - which will be available in a 50-foot version - is a nod to the first project developed by the two manufacturers, namely the Auréa 70, a 70-metre-long yacht with a wave-shaped superstructure and very modern design, launched in 2017.

The idea behind this concept is based on the interrupted link between the forward beach and the main deck cockpit. The hull offers a fluid and moving design and a fully glazed superstructure. The hull and roof lines are reminiscent of the wave curve.

The upper deck was very inspired by the Italian sports car, with a very profiled and rounded roof glazing and moving lines. Outside, there are large areas of relaxation and entertainment with many Jacuzzis, sunbathing and lounges.

The design of the large staircase in the transom is reminiscent of the radiators of elegant sports cars. The main deck ones are inspired by the air intakes of the most efficient cars and fit perfectly into the large black windows.

The manufacturer announces a voluminous and pleasant environment, with a design that is both dynamic and elegant. On the main deck, the huge owner's cabin occupies the bow and consists of two large dressing rooms and two bathrooms.

On the lower deck, four "guest-cabins" and a VIP cabin offer double bed and private bathroom, allowing to accommodate 10 people. The bow of the deck is reserved for the crew.

The large garages are home to many toys for entertainment, both at sea and on land: tender, tender, tender, jet-ski, kayaks and even a bicycle.

With four engines, MTU 16V 2000 M96L 1?939 kW, the boat's announced speed is amazing, with very little difference between the cruising speed - 28 knots - and the fastest, 30 knots. The announced autonomy and 4?000 miles, enough to plan beautiful cruises around the globe.
