Special Edition / G/flex, West System's epoxy bonding kit

The G/Flex range, a mandatory ally in navigation

Distributed by DirecTeck, West System's G/flex system provides easy to use and very strong bonding. This epoxy resin, which has a long working time, is easy to handle.

For 50 years, West System has been offering complete systems based on epoxy resin. Glue, plaster, filler... are all possibilities offered by West System. In addition to the famous 105 resin, G/flex makes it easier to use epoxy resin.

Very easy to use

It is a resin and hardener that mixes with a 1:1 ratio, a mixture that can be done by the eye. Either you mix a volume of resin for a volume of hardener or a weight of resin for the same weight of hardener. The product has a small margin of dosing error.

This glue has the advantage of working on all substrates. It is as effective on composites as on metal, ceramics, metals, plastics and even damp wood. It allows a watertight connection between materials of different origins.

This will allow an aluminium fargue rail to be glued back onto a polyester boat. Or even a wooden handrail on a steel bridge... Even the rotomoulded can be repaired with the G/flex 665.

The G/flex is available in 3 versions: 650, 655 and G/5. The 655 is pre-loaded with silica to fill cavities. It does not flow and has a strong grip. The 650 remains more liquid to penetrate under a part. G/flex is a flexible epoxy glue that always keeps a certain flexibility.

The G/flex is very easy to work with. Its 1:1 mixture facilitates its application by taking care beforehand to prepare and degrease the support. With a working time of ¾ of an hour (it varies depending on the temperature), you have all the time you need to ensure your collages.
