Special Edition / Battery Supplies, all solutions for boat batteries

Battery Supplies is a battery specialist that offers its customers all possible energy reserves. And since a tank needs to be filled, Battery Supplies also offers chargers.

Battery Supplies is a European distributor of batteries and chargers. The parent company is based in Belgium with an office in France in Lyon. The spectrum of users is very wide. These range from cars, forklifts and even solar systems to boats. In the nautical sector, this company's customers are hardware retailers (Proxam, Uship...) or construction sites (Dufour...).

The battery specialist

The products offered range from watch batteries to battery parks for solar installations. This highly specialized company has technical skills with dedicated teams to define the ideal battery fleet for the user. The dealer (your store for example) can use these skills to design with you the needs of your boat.

Several offers for the same program

Battery Supplies never makes a single proposal, but offers several solutions to best match the request. For a boat, it will offer lead, lead carbon or lithium batteries with the right charger for each. Each solution is supported so that the end customer can make an informed choice (advantages and disadvantages of each solution).

New technologies available

Battery Supplies has decided to adapt lead carbon batteries for boats. Coming from terrestrial solutions (industrial cleaning machines in particular), these batteries are intermediaries between conventional lead batteries and lithium batteries. Intermediary in terms of performance, but also in terms of price. Lead carbon batteries are AGM batteries built with a carbon plate between each lead plate. The chemical exchange between acid, lead and carbon is increased. Thus with batteries of the same size as a conventional lead battery, we obtain a faster charge, an increased number of cycles. The life span is longer and so is the battery life. These AGM batteries are well suited for the boat, as they support the heel and do not produce gas emissions.
