Historically, the O'Wave range (created by Topoplastic and now integrated into Plastimo) has always presented a range of waterproof bags. The very basic blue "pudding" bags have lived. Now it's time for a new range for the 2019 season, much sexier and above all featuring an orange colour with the most beautiful effect on the shelves of Accatillage Diffusion stores.
IP66 waterproof tubes
Now the range is much more complete with bag volumes ranging from 20 to 50 litres. While the traditional tubular bags are still in the catalogue, other much more elaborate models are now available.
Tubes to keep business dry
The waterproof bags are made of very strong polyester fabric (500 g/m2), with a double PVC coating (one on each side). The waterproofness is guaranteed by a closure by three bearings, held in place by a clip. Very solid, easy to carry with the shoulder strap delivered with all the bags, these tubes will be precious allies to land on the beach in the annex, but also to take your snack in a paddle or kayak. Waterproof bags are also recommended to create your survival bag ready at any time with all the safety equipment.
Waterproof backpacks
Built in the same thick fabric, there are also models a little more worked in the form of backpacks. It is in fact a waterproof tube bag on which straps are grafted for carrying. At the same time, the Duffel bag is a much more open kind of travel bag. This bag is not considered "waterproof", because its zippered closure will not withstand immersion. Its waterproofness still remains IP64 and its capacity is 25 litres.
Like a waterproof handbag
For smaller capacities, a range from 2.5 to 10 l is made of a thinner blue material (polyester fabric 210g/m2 with a single side coated in PVC). These tubular bags have a translucent window to allow you to see inside. Each model has a snap hook to attach the bag to the kayak, SUP, boat..
