The ENO plancha, a nomadic cooker for your boat

For those who do not have the possibility or the desire to install a fixed plancha on board, ENO has developed the portable plancha Cook'n boat plancha . This nomadic plancha works with on-board gas (campingaz cartridge) and is fixed on the aft balcony of your sailboat. With its carrying handle, you can store it and take it out when you need it.

The Cook'n boat plancha eNO is equipped with stainless steel burners and an enamelled cast iron plate. The cooking surface allows cooking large quantities and the grease trap facilitates cleaning. Although only 13 kg, the plancha can be difficult to handle regularly by some people.

How to install it?

To fix your ENO nomadic plancha on your boat, you must choose the balcony mounting kit, which consists of a flange to fix on the rear balcony and a support plate that will fit into the flange.

1 - Screw the support plate onto your plancha using 4 screws.

2 - Install the flange on the rear balcony using 4 other screws.

3 - Insert the stainless steel tube of the support plate into the flange.

4 - To secure the plancha, use the black handle to tighten the needle screw

5 - Install the gas connection kit on the griddle. The kit consists of a CE standard hose and a gas regulator. The hose must be connected to the gas inlet of the plancha and the regulator directly on the cylinder.

5 - Your plancha is ready to use!

How to use it?

1 - Check that your regulator is tight on the gas cylinder.

2 - To turn it on, it's simple, you open the gas first.

3 - Like an ENO stove, you have to turn the gas control knob and keep it pressed to start the flames.

4 - Then press the igniter to start your plancha.

5 - You can check the presence of flames through the hole next to the control block. To adjust the flame intensity, vary the angle of rotation of your control knob

6 - Your plancha is ready to cook!
