Web series / Driven by the wind: Aurelian, there's a siren under your keel

In this Vlog #14 we find Sarah and Aurélien (and their little Nael who has grown up well) who continue their journey in the Canary Islands, from Lanzarote to Fuerteventura, discovering the best spots for sliding...

After 20 days on the island of La Graciosa, Sarah, Aurélien and Nael reached the south of Lanzarote and the port of Rubicon, after a beautiful sailing trip with volcanoes and bonito fishing. On the spot, the small crew of Maloya took the opportunity to play "tourists" with a visit to the Timanfaya National Park.

And who says walking tour for the day, says a sailboat all alone at anchor, which Sarah does not like too much. Let's go for the discovery of the volcanoes and this black rock, characteristic of the Canary Islands.

Afterwards, we'll go to Arrecife, in the port area, for some equipment purchases, before meeting our adventurers in Corralejo. At each new port of call, the game is to find the best boarding spot. And here, it's none other than Glass Beach, a beach with very nice waves, but lots of sand... Sarah and Aurélien take it in turns to go windsurfing and kitesurfing, each one keeping an eye on Nael, well protected in his tent.

Then we head to the island of Lobos in a dinghy to enjoy some dives in the turquoise water and visits to volcanoes. "We spent 2 days on the island of Lobos, which reminds us of La Graciosa, it's beautiful" exclaims Sarah.

It is again time to set sail again towards Puerto del Rosario (capital of Fuerteventura). Then Maloya will head south to the island of Fuerteventura, Morro Jable for a small kite session, before making the big crossing to Gran Canaria.
