At the Grand Pavois exhibition in La Rochelle on the LED Concept stand, we spotted this small autonomous projector. Small in size (12 x 10 cm), it has a foot that folds out at the back. Thus placed, it can light an engine or a cockpit table. But above all, its support is equipped with two magnets to fix it on any metal surface.
Equipped with an internal battery that can be recharged using a simple USB plug, this very powerful projector has an autonomy of 5 hours. Enough to see what's coming or to plan a nice DIY projector. In addition, this internal battery can also be used as a backup battery for a mobile phone. Double use!
This portable stand-alone projector is already available for around 40 euros.
Still at the same manufacturer LED Concept, the specialist in LED lighting, we also discovered a LED strip that is installed in the same place as a neon tube. The strip has the same length and the replacement of this old lighting can be done easily. On the other hand, the quality of the lighting and its power will be much better than neon! In addition, this LED strip consumes almost no electricity. No more problems if you forget to switch it off.
This all-plastic strip (no risk of rust or corosion) is no more than one centimetre thick and holds 10 SMD LEDs. A switch is located on one end.
