A global player
The first Boatshed yacht brokerage agency was founded in the UK in 1999. The company has since then successfully expanded around the world, opening agencies in the USA, Australia, Asia... After a first establishment in France in the river sector in 2011, Boatshed decided to launch Boatshed France to give French yachtsmen wishing to sell their boats the benefit of the full power of its network and services.
Seriousness and expertise
Once contact has been established with the seller, the local Boatshed broker proceeds to visit the boat. He takes all the technical photos himself. An independent expert can come and inspect the boat and write a report that will be made available to potential buyers. No boat is put on line without prior visit and the broker ensures the physical presentation to the client, to guarantee seriousness and peace of mind to both the buyer and the seller.

A single mandate, multiple agencies
The seller signs only one mandate with the local agency in charge of his boat. With this single signature, he benefits from worldwide visibility through the 70 websites of the Boatshed agents and a database of more than 700,000 potential buyers. With an unlimited number of photos, videos and virtual reality, the boat benefits from excellent visibility.
Nothing to pay before the sale
The broker is only paid once the transaction is signed. The seller has nothing to pay until Boatshed has sold the boat. There is also no obligation of exclusivity
"We're a gable-top agency on the planet! Now France has to take advantage of it," exclaimed Graham Wharmby, the head of Boatshed France.
