James Bond fans: Skyfall's schooner is for sale!

In the film Skyfall, James Bond finds refuge in a magnificent 56-metre-long sailboat. This classic schooner named Regina is now for sale. She was the set for one of the shower sex scenes between Daniel Craig - aka James Bond - and his conquest of the moment, the magnificent Bérénice Marlohe aka Séverine. This boat is yours for "a few" dollars if you too feel like playing spies!

Regina is a classic style schooner 56 m long with a steel hull, designed in 2011 by Pruva Yachting in an elegant and romantic style. We could discover the yacht in one of the scenes of the movie Skyfall - James Bond with Daniel Craig released in 2012, under the name "Chimera". Its owner - a wealthy Turkish business magnate - put it up for sale for the "modest" sum of 9.4 million dollars (8,850,000 euros) via the website Engel & Völkers Yachting, which specializes in brokerage and charter of luxury yachts. The boat underwent a complete refit in 2016.

During the shooting of the film - made in Turkey - several scenes were shot aboard the Regina. Notably a sex scene under one of the showers of the luxury yacht, between Daniel Craig - alias James Bond - and Bérénice Marlohe - alias the beautiful Séverine.

Regina has a width of 9.5 m, which allows it to have large deck spaces, as well as large relaxation areas, both outdoors and indoors. On deck, there are several deck spaces: sunbathing areas, outdoor dining areas forward and aft.

The interior of the yacht was designed by Aylin Örs for a pure and traditional atmosphere. There is a large dining room and a classic mahogany lounge. Regina can accommodate 12 guests in 6 richly decorated suite cabins. Each classically styled cabin features stunning details such as two honey-colored onyx columns at the headboard, white marble walls and an onyx sink or floor. LEDs inserted under the stone illuminate the marble slabs.

The owner's cabin is the full width of the boat and has a living room and dressing room. The second cabin at the front of the yacht is equally impressive. Between these two cabins there are four more cabins - 2 suites, a smaller double cabin and a cabin with twin beds.

On the equipment side, the future owners will have satellite television, a top-of-the-range audio system, games consoles, a fully equipped kitchen (freezer, refrigerator, ice machine, cappuccino and espresso maker), as well as jet-skis, canoes, paddles, snorkelling equipment and a 115 HP speedboat.

Regina is equipped with air conditioning and air-conditioning in all enclosed spaces. It has Doyle Sails with a surface area of 1,140 m2 and has two MAN 440 HP engines (speed of 12 knots.) Security level, the boat's alarm systems and engine data are checked by an automated computer monitoring system.

"The buyer of Regina will be a sailing enthusiast, but is looking for the comfort of a motor yacht", says the brokerage site Engel & Völkers Yachting. In the high season, Regina can be rented for up to 135,000 euros per week.
