Louis Giard and Hélène Noesmoen win the French Windsurfing Cup (56)

This weekend the French RS:X Cup was held at the Carnac Yacht Club. 61 competitors, men and women, met in Quiberon Bay. Louis Giard won at home for the men and Hélène Noesmoen for the women.
