Foutaine Pajot begins an international tour to present its latest creations
The brand new catamaran, Saba 50 will be christened by Adeline Grattard, starred chef of the Yam'Tcha in Paris and Knight of Arts and Letters this Friday, September 12. It is thus by the Cannes Yachting Festival that Foutaine Pajot will begin its international tour with the christening of this new boat, then on to the Grand Pavois in La Rochelle genoa (Italy), Annapolis (USA), Barcelona (Spain), Southampton (UK), Oslo (Norway), Biograd (Croatia), Istanbul (Turkey), Mandurah (Australia) and Busan (North Korea) to present the latest innovations.
The Saba 50, new for 2014, presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival
The Saba 50 has been designed on the models of its predecessors and offers optimized interior volumes to provide larger living spaces. This catamaran combines pleasure and comfort, both when sailing and at anchor. Large relaxation areas have been favored, such as a lounge deck connected to the cockpit and the steering position, to allow for a high level of comfort. The front of the boat features a large sun deck to relax and enjoy the navigation.
The saloon, open to the cockpit, is composed of a large open and contemporary kitchen, a large lounge and a chart table. The Saba 50 has 6 cabins (5 double cabins and 1 skipper's cabin) equipped with numerous storage spaces and private bathrooms.
Available in maestro or quintet versions, the Saba 50 is self-sufficient at anchor thanks to solar panels, the possibility of integrated wind and hydro generators, and the Ecocruising display on the chart table, which shows the energy balance.
