Sunpower Solar-eJET: an electric tender directly recharged by the yacht

Designed to be integrated into a yacht's solar system, Sunpower's new Solar-eJET 3.3 m tender features electric jet propulsion and direct on-board recharging. A proposal designed for zero-emission cruising.

Antalya-based Sunpower Yachts presents a 3.3-meter semi-rigid electric tender, equipped with a jet propulsion system powered by on-board solar energy. The model, named Solar-eJET 3.3 is designed to be recharged directly from the yacht's photovoltaic panels, via an integrated connection in the tender compartment.

Electric jet propulsion for compact tenders

The Solar-eJET features a 30 hp (22 kW) water-cooled electric jet motor powered by a 10 kWh lithium battery. This propellerless motorization improves safety for bathers, facilitates beach landings, and reduces draught.

Integrated solar charging without shore power

The tender connects directly to the yacht's solar system via a dedicated port. No external connection is required. When stored on board, the battery remains continuously charged by the solar current, guaranteeing immediate availability for trips ashore.

Construction designed for sustainability

The aluminum hull, combined with Hypalon floats, is designed for robustness and longevity in coastal use (category C). The boat weighs 105 kg excluding batteries, and can carry up to 5 people or 425 kg.

Standard equipment for everyday use

The model comes with a non-slip aluminum deck, front locker, lifting points, mechanical steering and navigation lights. Two colors are offered: white or gray. Pricing for this little gem is not yet available.
