A different program adapted to the northern islands
Johan Finnberg, Yamarin's marketing director explains: "The Yamarin 59 SC with its side console is the sister model of the new 59 Bow rider in terms of hull. But it has been adapted for a completely different use. While the Yamarin 59 BR is a rather sporty boat, the 59 SC is more of an all-round boat that is practical for the coast, archipelagos and large lakes thanks to its two-person side console and spacious side passageway. The 59 SC is particularly well suited for active boaters to get around the archipelago and carry passengers or supplies, as well as for various outdoor activities and fishing."
Plenty of storage and seating on board
On board, there is plenty of seating for up to 6 people in C certification. There is a bench seat at the bow, a double bench seat at the helm, with a tilting backrest, and an L-shaped bench seat at the port side, which can be completed with an optional table. The backrest of the bench seat can be easily tilted to become a sunbathing area. Boarding is either from the bow, secured by handrails and a step, or by stepping over the bulwarks or from the bathing platforms at the stern. The entire floor is covered with a non-slip Softdeck surface as standard. The wide rear platform is secured by the optional water ski arch, which extends from the front of the engine along both edges. Under the swim platform, on the port side, is a storage area for mooring lines and anchor. Another storage locker is provided for the mooring lines in the bow under the step. On the starboard side, there is a fuel filler cap under the deck.
There is plenty of storage space on board, under the rear and front seats. Gas struts facilitate handling. A large additional storage space is available in the console, accessible from a door.
A neat cockpit
A cup holder is located next to the windshield, within reach of the skipper's right hand. Compartments for storing small items are located in front of the screen and next to the floor. A USB socket in the glove box allows for charging phones. Finally, a 12-volt outlet for powering, for example, a portable cooler, is located inside the rear seat. Great attention has been paid to the windshield, so that it provides maximum protection for the driver and co-driver. This one is also equipped with a handrail for the movements on board. The steering system is hydraulic.
Outboard engine and economical cruising
The engine is between 80 and 115 Yamaha horsepower, the maximum power that will allow it to reach 37 knots. The shipyard claims a fuel consumption of only 0.7 liters per mile over a speed range of 10 to 20 knots, with the most powerful outboard engine and an integrated tank of 110 liters.
An intelligent on-board display
On the dashboard, the standard Yamarin Q intelligent display with Navionics electronic navigation maps has been designed to simplify navigation. There is also a radio system with a Bluetooth function. As standard, the Yamarin Q includes the Q Guard anti-theft service to monitor the location of your boat remotely. A factory-installed accessory kit extends Q Guard's functions to include battery, bilge and engine status.
Very few options
Very well equipped as standard, the Yamarin 59 Side Console can nevertheless be equipped with a few options such as trim, sonar, depth sounder, or a remote control for remote screen commands. An awning can also be added to completely close the cockpit for sailing in bad weather.
