The average use of our owners is 4 to 5 weeks per year but they can go up to 12 counting the last minute weeks. "Our clients, who often rented from us before switching to management-leasing, have already noticed the quality of the maintenance. Our operating budget has always been significant, even when the boats were stopped for Covid. A boat has to be perfectly maintained," says the manager of Sunsail - The Moorings.
The quality of the follow-up guarantees a high resale price of the boat. This guarantees the viability of the overall economic package. "Thanks to our mastery of the global commercial chain as the sole Leopard client and with a dedicated, globalized and very efficient brokerage department, we are able to quickly resell the catamarans at around 60% of the new value after the 5-year program" concludes Guillaume Caffin.
