A water purifier that disinfects bunker water using UV light

To purify the water in the holds of boats, AquiSense offers to disinfect it with a UV-C lamp. A proven technology that does not give a bad taste and is particularly economical.

A water purifier by UV lamp

AquiSense Technologies is specialized in water disinfection. Its treatment consists of circulating water in front of a UV-C lamp, an LED lamp, which disinfects up to 99.9% of pathogens.

This principle is already used in many fields: caravanning, military, humanitarian and even space stations! It ensures that water is consumable without bacteria or viruses, while being economical and instantaneous.

The principle is simple. All you have to do is connect a small device no bigger than your fist to the tap water inlet. When the water passes through it, it is instantly disinfected and becomes safe to drink. This product avoids the use of pellets or chemical products, which often give a bad taste to the water we drink.

A 12V water purification adapted to the boat

Low energy consumption (it is just a specific LED that lights up), small and light, this product works in 12 V. The announced life span of the product is 20 years (at a rate of 80 l/day). The PAQ-M 12C model ensures a disinfection for a flow rate of up to 8 l/min.

It is available in 2 versions: either without a sensor, in which case it must be electrically powered before drawing water, or with a sensor that automatically switches on the lamp as soon as water flows. Other larger models for higher water flow rates are also available.
