- From 5 000 € for a keelboat.
- The dinghy is logically better side - around 8 000 ?
It keeps a very proud look, for a sailboat designed almost 40 years ago (1978) already! The paw of the architect Jean Berret has a lot to do with it: the hull is all round, the deckhouse is made of whistles and the portholes are very elegant... But the most interesting thing does not lie in these timeless lines, but in the integral dinghy version, by far the most widespread.
Life on board has not been neglected with a welcoming cockpit and a large cabin (for the modest size). Inside, four good berths, a saloon table and a kitchen block.
The diagnosis of Bateaux.com
At the end of the 1970s, it was a challenge to do without a keel and concentrate the ballast in the bottom, so no less than 735 kg of cast iron - for a total displacement of 1.4 t - were fixed under the floors. The result is a very reassuring web stiffness, real wandering skills, and above all the possibility of running aground flat and without crutches. But this excess weight is felt a little at the moment of towing this sailboat behind his car...
The benefits :
- Stiff to the canvas for a dinghy
- Well designed accommodation for a small cruise
- Manageable on your own
Disadvantages :
- Drift profile not very effective - a simple sheet metal
- Undersized rigging
- Interior finish
But what does he miss?
A slightly wider cockpit and above all easy access to the water - or to the beach.
