Croix du Sud Marine at the Nautic 2017, the meeting place for long-distance sailors.

The Croix Du Sud Marine stand at Nautic 2016

The Croix du Sud Marine stand on the Nautic looks like the sailor's Ali Baba's cave. By offering products intended for long distance cruising, this distributor always has innovative and adapted equipment. Discover its stand at the 2017 Paris Boat Show.

For the 7 e year after year, Southern Cross Marine comes on the Nautic. You can find this stand in hall 2.1 (Equipment) stand D41. On the stand Pascale and Gérard answer to the requests for fittings for all sailors and mainly lovers of long cruising. It is moreover their long experience that makes them choose carefully the equipment they import. Pascale Pascal explains to us the interest of coming to see them at the Nautic 2017.

What will we find on the stand this year?

As every year, Croix du Sud Marine will be at the same location with the mast always clearly visible when Gérard is at the front to demonstrate the ATN systems for climbing single-handed without risk or effort. Of course, the whole range of Garhauer pulleys (very solid stainless steel pulleys) will be on display.

We also have some big new features like a manual windlass for small boats without batteries (often requested, but offered by no one else). Or a headlamp that illuminates in white and red very light (45 g). We also have a wristband system for man overboard protection... This year we also have the distribution of the Activesol solar panels which are the only manufacturers to really offer custom made panels... So many small or big products that solve many of the sailors' problems.

Why come to you?

Croix du Sud Marine always offers products that are different from other deck hardware suppliers. Products really intended for sailors who sail a lot, often far away. So this year we will have systems to prevent the rats from boarding through the hawsers. We will also have a hawser furler, which is essential for navigating in the canals, which prevents over-steering by means of very simple mechanics.

The show is also an opportunity for us to meet our users who take us on a journey through their stories of adventures at sea.
