The Barcelona World Race has been going on for several weeks now, with little suspense as to who will win the race. After the withdrawal from the race of Hugo Boss allowing Bernard Stamm and Jean Le Cam to take the lead of the fleet. And the setbacks of Neutrogena leaving them with no real pursuers, the Franco-Swiss duo reigns supreme in the Barcelona World Race.
The two skippers have now headed towards the coast of Morocco and have been working hard thanks to the wind that is carrying them to the entrance of the Mediterranean. The gap to Neutrogena and Gaes Centros Auditivos is becoming more and more important. The latter now has a 1100 mile gap with the two leaders. That is less than 1000 miles from the finish, Poujoulat Chimneys is expected to cross the finish line on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 25 and Neutrogena on Sunday, March 29.
